- As a team, created a business venture of sustainable product from scratch – compost for plants using around 30kg daily food waste at school.
- Build a compelling commercial case and got approval to acquire an industry-standard composter that converts food waste into compost.
- As marketing head, leading a team of four, created a brand name, an exciting campaign including posters and teasers, and innovative execution methods to generate an impact across students, teachers, and parents' communities.
- Raised >RMB 5000 (US$700) on a launch day itself; all proceeds from venture to be lend to underprivileged entrepreneur(s). Compost is also being used to enrich the soil on the school grounds.
