Grey and Brittle

She was dangerous,
She was alluring,
She death.
Yellow porcelain skin and blood-red lips,
Her head hissed,
Her cat-like eyes hard to resist.

She was dangerous,
She was alluring,
She was death.
One look and you were bound to be hooked,
Now a still statue, skin grey and brittle,
Your flesh “cooked”.

She was dangerous,
She was alluring,
She was death,
She was Medusa. One to kill in a single breath.
